Credentials

Users' credentials are organized into domains.  Each domain may have different rules for maintenance of the accounts. 

The most requested service for sign-on accounts is an account reset due to forgotten passwords or lockouts.  Another regularly performed action on user accounts is a password change.  Most of these actions may be performed by the users in self-serve mode.
